Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Adult Water Bottles
- Kid Water Bottles
- Glass Bottles
- Mugs
- Tumblers
- Can Coolers
These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, please ship the item(s) to:

Include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You will receive the product price minus any original shipping costs
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
